The earlier the better! Venues and equipment get booked fast, especially in peak seasons. But if your event is last-minute, don’t worry — we’re used to fast turnarounds too.

Do you offer event design and theming?

Yes. We can design the look and feel of your event — backdrop, stage, décor, and overall flow — so it matches your theme or brand.

What if something goes wrong on the event day?

We always prepare backups — from spare equipment to contingency plans. Our crew is on-site to troubleshoot immediately, so your event keeps running smoothly.

Do you provide crew or do I need to hire my own people?

We provide experienced sound engineers, lighting crew, stagehands, and coordinators as needed. You don’t need to worry about managing the technical side.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
